Concert Request Form 2026

Welcome to Bala Shruti's concert request page. Please read all the information below carefully, as it has been updated for 2026

Please check the current concert list at the main page and select an open slot that you would like to apply for. Then please fill up the form below, and click .

Please note:

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM They must come in before the first performance starts and can only leave after the last performance

  • You can chose two concert lengths: Mini (30 min) and Full (60 min).
    We prefer first time performers to start with a 30 min concert. However, exceptions may be allowed for "expert" performers. You will need to send in a performance video link to qualify

  • Acceptance is not automatic Your request will be reviewed, and the concert list at the main page will be filled up after acceptance. We will also reach out to you by email.

  • There are 4 performance dates in 2026. They are 2/08/2026, 4/19/2026, 8/16/2026 and 11/15/2026. It is possible that these dates may have to be rescheduled if there is a schedule conflict. Due notice will be provided in such cases. Each program will be 3 hours long, and can accommodate upto 6 concerts (of 30 min each)

  • The performance on a given date may be cancelled if less than 2 hours of programming are on the schedule 1 month before the date

  • Each performer is limited to one concert of a given type per year (eg. one vocal and one violin concert is acceptable, but not two vocal concerts). This rule does not apply to accompanying artists.

  • If a scheduled performer cancels a scheduled performance less than 1 month before the concert date, they will not be rescheduled until 2027
