  • After submitting this form, you must make the payment using ZELLE to tickets@shrutilaya.org ;
  • Please email to address below if ZELLE account holder name does not match name entered below
  • Your tickets are not issued until payment is received
  • Issued tickets will be held at the venue. You will have to show ID to claim your seats.
  • For your reference, please make a printed copy of the submission receipt and your ZELLE confirmation to present at gate.
